Well, if it is in the former embarrassment category, you may not have seen the piece on Kelly Wearstler yesterday morning. Sunday Morning always does a great job of combining true human interest-y fun facts and warm sometimes folksy interviews with legitimate information. Regarding Kelly, I learned that she posed for Playboy in the 90s and has a 98 year old "lovey" named Frank, but also was intrigued to hear her thoughts on color. A great balance for 8:00 am on a Sunday morning.

ReplyDeleteI also love that show. We always watched it with my parents. I love the random bits....and how it always ends with something beautiful to watch. Loon on a lake...etc...

ReplyDeletemy dad and i used to watch that show when i was little, back in the charles kuralt days. i still watch it every now and then, when i can - so calming.
ReplyDeleteI must admit that I am completely ignorant of all morning shows. If I ever take the time to figure out how to watch the network stations on my tv, I will have to check it out...
