Game Changer

You may be embarrassed for me when I share my recent "ah-ha" moment with you.  I have spray painted literally countless pieces of furniture over the years.  Countless.  All without the aid of this guy:

I know.  You are probably thinking, "Duh."  

No more cramped and painted fingers!  Here is an action shot.

Anyway, I felt the need to share this $3.99 slice of heaven with you.  I couldn't find an online purchasing link, but apparently the Homax Aerosol Spray Gun is available at all hardware stores near you.  I have found it at both Ace Hardware and Lowe's.  Albeit a bit hidden, I am embarrassed to say that I have not been painting massive pieces of furniture with it for years!  

The project?  I am painting (with ease) an old bamboo dining room table chair (vintage Pier 1) a bright and sunshiney yellow.  It will be serving in a new position as a desk/vanity chair in our guest room.  Love that pop of yellow a la Jenna Lyons.

So....back to spray painting for a bit longer.  I actually don't mind it when my finger is not cramping and rapidly developing carpal tunnel!
